Today our friend Patty celebrated her b'day so this is our first b'day celebration in Clarksville. We went in the morning and took Jessie with us. It was great, having great cake (this time made by a befriended baker) and a lot of laughs. It felt like home. So happy b'day Patty and thank you.

Further we have nothing much to tell. The contractor is still waiting for the windows to come in. Hopefully by February 17th. We are still working on cleaning the property when the weather is oke. And if not we are doing more research on the history of the Sunnyside and working on the website. Of course our dogs (and cats) take up the rest of our time.

We hope to have some news and actually progress on the house soon. Untill then we take it as it comes and be okay with that😄
