Due to recent changes in immigration regulations, our current circumstances in the United States are changing, and unfortunately we are no longer able to continue working here as we have in the past. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close the Bed and Breakfast, put it up for sale and relocate to Spain.
The coming cold temperatures in The Netherlands have inspired us. Kale cooked with potato and smoked chicken (helas, no 'unox' sausage) makes 'Boerenkool'. Really nice although we missed the 'Unox' sausage:-)
