It has been 8 months  since we used a gas stove. After selling our home in The Hague were we had a big gas stove, we had electric stoves instead. And i know that a gas stove is a big no no in NL, i really prefer the 'direct' heat over electric. And instead of 2 burners we are back to 5 burners. Also the 2 burners were really difficult to clean. So I couldn't be more happy! Fun fact is that the oven is also gas. The last time I used a gas oven was like 30 years ago when I lived in the Rijnstraat in Amsterdam. Even the bread tasted better today:-)
