We got the Permit for the B&B!

Last night we were invited to attend the Town Council which was held partly with the Meering of the Planning and Zoning Committee. Martijn then had to present our plans and answered some questions. Patty spoke on our behalf and also Brad was there to show their support. Then the Council and Committee unanimously said 'ay'.

This means that The Sunnyside Sisters B&B is in business!!!

True, we asked before we bought the place of course. I guess we are in the luxury position to have our land between our main house (B&B) and neighbors (500 meters and up) Nice neighbors of course, Our Town manager officially asked all our neighbors if they where pro or con about our ideas, and I guess everyone is happy that the place will be fixed-up and used again. Thank you sis and brother-in-law
