Memory lane

The weather we had this week brings back memories of our first year living in the USA (2020-2021), at Sunnyside. Not only did we experience snow, but the cold weather also reminded us of that year. However, there was a significant difference: we struggled to keep Sunnyside warm. The HVAC system was broken, and we only had three rooms heated by a gas stove. To make matters worse, we also had a four-day power outage. Yes, it was quite primitive back then. I am glad that Sunnyside is warm and comfortable these days. 😊
