Every year me and my mom pick blackberries in August. But due to the weather the blackberries are ripe to pick right now in July!!!! So every afternoon, when walking with our pup Mijne, I pick some berries along the way. This way Mijne learns to be patient, so that is besides having berries to make my own jam, another advantage of picking berries. And every two days I have just enough to make the delicious jam.
