Ok, yesterday I started with a blog about rules and COVID-19, but after I finished writing the blog it wasn't saved and I really didn't feel like writing it again. The momentum was gone. But I will write something about COVID-19 soon. For now I like to tell about my bread bake experience. We like bread a lot. White, wheat, corn, dark, whole grain, etc. You name it, we eat it:-). So since I am working from home I started baking my own bread again. Trying a lot of different recipes. It is hard though to get it right. But tonight I think I have baked the perfect bread. The only downside is that the ingredients come from our own Wallmart, Albert Heijn, so probably I have to start all over again when getting in the US to find the perfect ingredients to bake the perfect bread especially for our guests 😊
