Yeah! Today the contractor started with outlining the addition to the 'old outside kitchen', our new home. Then holes for the pillars were digged and gravel/concrete was put in. After everyone was gone M and I went for a look and it turnes out that the addition was not 29.6 ft (app 9m) but instead 23 ft (7 m). So of course we called the contractor right away and after some discussion it turned out that it was all a misunderstanding. So an extra hole was digged and gravel was put in. Just now the building inspector came and he gave his oke. The contractor can go ahead with the pillars and maybe the framing. Yeah!
