Enjoying the Holidays

We hope you enjoyed Christmas as we did. On Christmas we had dinner with Patty, Brad and mom. It was great as usual:-)! This time there were 4 deserts, so we of course tasted them all and they were delicious. Yesterday Patty and I had a girls day off and we went shopping at the Hobby Lobby in Raleigh. It is an one hour drive to Raleigh but it was worth it. I even got some props for one of the rooms:-) Today M and I worked outside. The weather is so great, sun and blue skies, that it feels like we are in the Alpes:-)

Tomorrow the contractor will come and they will start framing the roof. The walls are already up and all the rooms have been framed. Because we want to use the space as efficient as possible the contractor will put in pocket doors.

Hopefully the roof will be up before New Year. Tomorrow M and I will go to the Home Depot to look for tiles, kitchen cabinets and other stuff we need. Looking forward to it.
