Maybe we better give you an insight of what is NOT going on right now, the list is a lot smaller as what is going on. The contacts with our contractor are very pleasant and there is really a 'click''. However, we are of course anguish to start, but it takes time for the contractor to come up with good plans. Initially we thought that we could use one of the dwellings on the property as our own living space. But it was very costly, so that plan went out of the window. The contractor then suggested that we build a brand new house at the left of the main house. Casco, what gives us the opportunity to finish it ourselves. We call it Little Sunnyside. M and I made a scetch and the contractor is now working on a quotation. It takes longer then we hoped so this is one of the things that is NOT going on (haha).
