We have been working very hard on the front of Sunnyside. We scraped, sanded and cleaned half of the front and half of the roof. Next week we are going to paint everything! We are so looking forward to see the results. 
The Hvac is almost done. We enjoyed already some nice cool temperatures in the house.

We are however still looking for a licensed plumber, a licensed electrician and a handy man. So if someone knows anyone pls let us know.
