Breakfast! The most important meal of the day and we are making and serving it! With a Dutch Touch! 

But not everything we started serving was to our, and our guests, liking, so we’ve changed some things:

• Fresh cut fruit became uncut fresh fruit with more diversity;
• American cheese became imported Dutch cheese, real cow milk, from Dutch cows;
• Depending on the season we still serve fresh strawberry, black- or blue berry jams, however we now also have some typical Dutch sweet bread toppings: chocolate ‘vlokken’ and fruity ‘hagelslag’.
• We don’t serve deli meat anymore, but if we can find deli meat like we are used to in The Netherlands we will  start serving this again as well.

And there are more changes…. But we kept serving the daily fresh baked bread AND the daily specialty. Our coffee is still the same brand, brewed the Dutch way, but is served in a different pot.

Also our fresh orange juice is served in another size vase. 

We try to serve a different specialty every day and when we had a guest who stayed with us for 8 days, we managed to come up with a different hearty breakfast every morning. It was a challenge though and it can use some practice.
Our breakfast is who we are and we love making and serving it to our guests.
