This whole idea of starting a B&B in US is something that we dreamed about for years. Running a business, together, in the country we became to love so much. So last year we stopped dreaming and made real plans! We made a list of houses for sale in Virginia and rated the houses by sqft, arces, historic value, internet acess, etc, etc. This list we used to travel through VA when we visited the USA in October 2019. We then visited all these places to get a real good feeling about the house, its location. And that's how we found this beautiful old plantation home.

Fun fact is that the Sunnyside was the first house that I put on the list, it was the last house we visited.
