Due to recent changes in immigration regulations, our current circumstances in the United States are changing, and unfortunately we are no longer able to continue working here as we have in the past. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close the Bed and Breakfast, put it up for sale and relocate to Spain.

Front of Sunnyside yellow now

Yesterday, we finally completed spray painting the last section of the front of our home in Clarksville!!! Just a bit of trim work and painting one window with white remain. The shutters are all set and just need to be installed. The Sunnyside Sisters are thrilled with the progress!!!

House, outside, is now for 55-60% done! It's a H shape house, but the front is way bigger than the back.. And the back is only sanding not scraping...Inside, almost done framing 2 bathrooms. So still demolish one bathroom. Plumbing, water and Electra will be done begin of Januari 2022. Then it's paining the inside..... Tiling the bathrooms.... We are progressing....
