Last week and today our contractor has made some progress on the house. The roof is closed off, framing inside is almost done, the rotten siding is gone, the old door is fixed and the CHIMNEY is gone😱

Tomorrow the plumbing, hvac and electric man will start. A light plan is drawn and decisions about the hvac and plumbing are made. Big bummer is that because of COVID19 the windows will be in late and we probable have to wait another 4-5 weeks before we can start with finishing the place😢
