Baking away

Besides hiking the property yesterday I baked bread, 'worstenbroodjes' and for dinner, pancakes. Because the bread flour is not the same as in Holland I have to find the best recipe again. Yesterday was my third bread baked here in Clarksville and it gets better every time. So when the time comes that guest will get here, the bread will be perfect👍😄 Martijn is from the South of Holland and he loves the local treat 'worstenbroodjes' but we can't buy them here in the States. So I baked them for the first time in my life. Really nice to do, Martijn likes them very much and they tasted not to bad. But I need some more baking practice, thats for sure🤣 Pancakes, or maby 'crepes' because they are very thin, taste not the same as back home. I think this is because of the butter I use, although it is without salt, it still tasts a little to salt for me. It is good to know we have months before we open the B&B so by then I hope I am ready 😬😀💪
